In this article, I will tell you how to prepare a tasty, spicy, delicious and tangy Indian Curries Recipe.

GRAM FLOUR BALL WITH CURD CURRY

1) The first recipe is gram flour ball with curd curry.

Instructions for making gram flour ball with curd curry:

For making gram flour balls:–

  • In a bowl, add chopped potato, chopped onion, baking soda, carom seed, salt, little water and gram flour, mix well.
  • Make a lump free batter and keep aside.
  • Heat the oil in a pan on a low flame, take a small amount of batter and slide in the hot oil.
  • Fry until the balls turn little golden brown.
  • Remove these balls from oil and keep them aside.
  • In a big bowl, add curd and gram flour, mix well.
  • Heat the oil in a pan on medium flame, add asafoetida, mustard seed and curry leaves, fry for 1-2 min.
  • Add curd gram flour mixture and water, boil it.
  • Stir in between.
  • Add red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt, mix well.
  • Add gram flour ball and mix well.
  • Cook this gravy on the low flame until the curry gets thick.
  • Heat the ghee in a pan, add dry red chili and fry for 2-3 min.
  • Pour the fried red chili in the kadhi.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot gram flour ball with curd curry with rice.

FENUGREEK LEAVES PEA WITH CREAM

2) The second recipe is fenugreek leaves pea with cream.

Instructions for making fenugreek leaves pea with cream

  • In a grinder, add onion, ginger, garlic, green chili and cashews.
  • Make a fine paste and keep aside.
  • Heat the water in a pan on medium flame, add fenugreek leaves and pea.
  • Boil it for 5-7 min.
  • In a grinder, add boiled fenugreek leaves and pea.
  • Make a fine paste and keep aside.
  • Heat the oil in a pressure cooker, add onion paste.
  • Fry the onion paste until it turns little golden brown.
  • Add the grinded fenugreek leaves pea mixture and salt, mix well.
  • Add little water and fresh cream, mix well.
  • Close the cooker and wait for 1-2 whistles.
  • Serve hot fenugreek leaves pea cream with your any favourite bread.

STUFFED MIX VEGETABLE

3) The third recipe is stuffed mix vegetable.

For Stuffing:—

  • In a grinder, add garlic, fenugreek seed, cumin seed, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, asafoetida and salt.
  • Make a fine paste and keep aside.
  • Add lemon juice, mix well.
  • Divide the stuffing mix equally between the vegetable.
  • Heat the oil in a pan, add the carefully stuffed vegetables.
  • Cook it till all the spices get mixed well with the vegetables or till the vegetables turn little golden.
  • Serve hot stuffed mix vegetable with any bread.

EGGPLANT AND POTATO CURRY

4) The fourth recipe is eggplant and potato curry.

Instructions for making eggplant and potato curry are given below.

  • Heat the oil in a pan, add the tomato, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and cumin seed.
  • Fry for 3-4 min.
  • Add potato and eggplant.
  • Fry for 5-6 min.
  • Add the water.
  • Cook it till the vegetables gets cooked.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot curry with paratha or dal-rice.
