PRATTVILLE, Ala. (WSFA) – When the pandemic strike in March 2020, a ton of folks were being despatched home. It wasn’t easy. Many men and women felt isolated, on your own, and really skipped the interaction with other people.
When Nieves Anderson received despatched household, she got cooking, basically.
“I was bored so I begun cooking a lot more, understanding new recipes and actively playing all-around,” stated Nieves Anderson, the proprietor of Soul Revival Cookhouse. “The up coming point you know I was catering small events and other gatherings and it just took off from there.”
Once dining places and companies commenced to reopen, Nieves resolved to transform careers and turn into her personal boss. She opened up her very own restaurant, Soul Revival Cookhouse.

With all sorts of places to eat close to city, Anderson claims Prattville needed some soul.
So, why soul food stuff?

As superior as the foods is, they hope this put offers even far more.

Being the proprietor also has some benefits.
“I really do not have to place in any PTO time. If I want off I can consider off,” Anderson laughed.
She’s so fast paced now, great luck getting the time. Proper now, the Soul Revival Cookhouse is only open for lunch but it designs to add meal hours in early April.
