Vietnam’s bun bo hue (Hue-design beef noodle soup) has been provided in the lunch menu for students at 35 elementary and center colleges in Saijō, a city in Ehime Prefecture, Japan from this thirty day period, in accordance to Fuji News Network (FNN).

The broth requires both pig and beef bones to be boiled with a generous dose of lemongrass, sugar, annatto, and shrimp paste.
When served, the dish is garnished with a tangle of greens like lime, scallions, cilantro, banana blossoms, mint, basil, Vietnamese coriander, and drinking water early morning glory.

In 2016, late American chef, author, journey documentarian, and television individuality Anthony Bourdain called the Hue-type beef noodle soup “the biggest soup in the world.”
